Jigsaw Visitor Centre is a registered charity that provides support to those visiting their loved ones in prison. We understand that prisoners' families are impacted by imprisonment of a loved one and we aim to make this time easier for all those affected.

Our staff are here to give
advice about visiting someone in prison either in person or by phone. We provide information on topics such as ID requirements when visiting the prison, ways to keep in touch with a prisoner and more. You can also find out more about these topics on this website.

See our
support page for details of the services we offer at each prison. If you are struggling with the cost of essentials, Jigsaw at HMP Leeds can provide you with a food parcel. Speak to a member of our team or call us on 0113 203 2771 if you would appreciate this support. (Delivery is not available. You must be able to collect the parcel from the Jigsaw centre).

We are based at
HMP Leeds and HMP Wealstun. Click the prison name for maps, Jigsaw contact details and opening times. The visitor centre is equipped with a tea bar, toilets, baby changing, free wifi, a play area, a free phone to call a taxi and friendly members of staff.
