We realise the wait is frustrating  and greatly appreciate your continued understanding and patience

VISITS

Please report in for your visit at the Jigsaw Visitors’ Centre, located on Gloucester Terrace before you reach the prison Main Gate. When the centre is closed please report directly to the Main Gate.

VOLUNTEER

Whether assisting visitors in the centre, undertaking essential admin in the office or working directly with families, our volunteers make a huge difference. To become a volunteer, all you need is enthusiasm and a desire to help. You can choose how much time you give and we'll give you all the training and support you need to:
