Jigsaw Visitor Centre is a registered charity that provides support to those visiting their loved ones in prison. We understand that prisoners' families are impacted by imprisonment of a loved one and so we aim to make this time easier for all those affected.

Our staff
are here to give
advice about visiting someone in prison either in person or by phone. We provide information on topics such as ID requirements when visiting the prison, ways to keep in touch with a prisoner and more.

We have
family outreach workers who can help prisoners' partners and family members with practical matters such as housing, debt and benefits. We can also refer family and friends to counselling if you would appreciate emotional support. See our support page for full details of the services and activities we offer at each prison.

We are based at HMP Leeds and HMP Wealstun. See our
locations pages for maps, contact details and opening times. The visitor centre is equipped with a tea bar, toilets, baby changing, free wifi, a play area, a free phone to call a taxi and friendly members of staff.
